TRC recently attended the 2006 Enterprise North Shore Business Excellence Awards and took out the top prize from Smales farm for Excellence in Environmental Management. Rob Broadbridge was present to receive the award.

TRC thanks you for your on-going support of our recycling efforts. In the last twelve months TRC has collected more than 400,000 cartridges, diverting more than 20 tonnes of waste from New Zealand’s landfills.

It is with regret that TRC is now introducing a charge for our service. Due to increased transport costs and the decreased value of used printer cartridges, TRC is now charging a $10 fee for every box we send out. This fee covers the cost of sending and collecting the
box only. This fee is payable when you order your box, so as a result, there will be no cost incurred when you call for the collection of a box you already have.

To order a box you can either order online and follow the prompts, or you can order over the phone and pay by credit card at the time of the call.

With these changes, TRC hopes to offer the same excellent level of service and the guarantee that your printer waste is being re-used or recycled according to current best practices.

Our commitment to you and the environment remains unchanged. TRC will continue to recycle or reuse all of your printer waste returned to us according to the best practices available. Additionally we continue to research and develop better solutions that will benefit all of us.
